November is opening month in two of the world’s great night cities. Here’s what’s opening and how much has actually been confirmed.
Is London’s Lost really coming back?
Yes, but the details are deliberately vague. Lost, the phones-locked-away club that took over the former Odeon on Shaftesbury Avenue for eight months, says it returns in November 2026 as a “24-hour district.” Its statement reads: “No phones. No line up.” The date and location are still unconfirmed.
Where do you drink in the West End now?
Manchester’s Schofield brothers are bringing Schofield’s Bar to 1A Earlham St, Covent Garden, with an opening scheduled for early November. It runs across two floors and is bigger than the original, with white-coated, hotel-style service and a menu that “champions classics.”
What’s new in Tokyo?
- Tokyo Jazz Club, Jimbocho: an eight-floor former capsule hotel becomes a mix of art, jazz, dining and nightlife during Art Week Tokyo. It’s supported by Arts Council Tokyo.
- First Club Uruwashi, Ginza 7-chome: at about 130 tsubo, one of the largest high-end clubs in Ginza, scheduled to open this month.
And Paris?
Le Palace, the 1980s legend once frequented by Yves Saint Laurent and Mick Jagger, was slated for an October comeback under Mickael Chetrit. We’re confirming its status before we send anyone.
