The credit comes from the runway backdrop, which read “TOSHIMI PACUMBALA”. The name is not on the Bureau’s published Opening bill, and the reason is unconfirmed. Susan Kim is on that bill and is not identified in any of our frames; whether the two are connected is also unconfirmed.
