Most people book the party. 2R Productions builds it.
Juan is a music producer, pianist and DJ. Valeska is a former dancer and creative designer. Together they are 2R Productions, a Miami event and nightlife production company built by artists, for the people who come out at night. They answered our questionnaire in writing, and every quote below is theirs.
“Two artists with over 15 years of experience in the entertainment world… who have brought all of their experience into event and nightlife production in Miami.”
Where it started
Miami, “with the idea of bringing the best service option to events.” A pianist knows timing. A dancer knows movement. Put both behind an event and you can feel the difference.

The big one: Hennessy in Wynwood
2R handled the creative and the designs for a Hennessy pop-up in Wynwood, Miami, launching the brand’s new flavors.
“We’re proud to have worked hand in hand with the agency and to have been part of such a great project and challenge.”
Proudest of? Home.
“Being part of Miami’s scene, being based here while also taking all of our experience to other cities and major events.”
Who they create for
“People who want to live a new, immersive experience and enjoy a great night of entertainment.”
Where does that crowd go at night? Clubs, parties and networking events, “which we are also part of.” And what actually moves the needle: events, networking, word of mouth, and social media movement “in any of their formats.”
The culture question
We asked where they draw the line between appreciation and appropriation. Their answer is one every promoter, brand and designer should screenshot.
“The line is respect and credit.”
“Appreciation is celebrating with knowledge and giving credit to whom it belongs; appropriation is taking only the aesthetic, without understanding it or recognizing its origin.”
Study it. Work with its people. Honor its origin, “instead of using it as a costume.”
What’s next
Miami season is here: race week, Art Basel and the whole Miami season movement, and 2R is in it.
