A creative stand holds only when every claim in it can be checked. Each point below cites a public record. Where a claim is disputed, this report says so.

Page I · Tesla, Morgan and Wardenclyffe: The Record
- In 1901 J.P. Morgan agreed to fund Nikola Tesla’s wireless project with 150,000 dollars, taking a controlling share (51%) of the resulting patent rights. PBS, Tesla: Master of Lightning
- Tesla built the Wardenclyffe laboratory and tower at Shoreham, Long Island, from 1901 to 1902, with the lab designed by architect Stanford White. Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe
- Tesla quietly expanded the goal from transatlantic messaging to worldwide wireless power, which went well beyond what Morgan had agreed to fund. PBS
- In December 1901, Guglielmo Marconi sent a wireless signal across the Atlantic, which undercut the commercial case for Tesla’s far costlier system. PBS
- Morgan declined Tesla’s repeated requests for more money (1902–1904). Tesla’s surviving letters record his pleas. PBS
- The popular quote that Morgan asked “Where do we put the meter?” has no documented primary source. Treat it as legend, not record. Smithsonian Magazine
- Wardenclyffe was never finished. Tesla mortgaged the property to the Waldorf-Astoria to cover hotel debts, and the tower was demolished in 1917. Tesla Science Center
- In 1943, months after Tesla’s death, the US Supreme Court invalidated key claims of Marconi’s radio patent in light of prior work, including Tesla’s. Marconi Wireless Telegraph Co. of America v. United States, 320 U.S. 1 (1943)
- In 2013 a public crowdfunding campaign helped buy the site, now the Tesla Science Center. Tesla Science Center
- The lesson: Tesla gave control of his patent rights to a single financier, then expanded the scope without that backer’s consent. Put your scope, ownership and credit in writing before the money arrives.

Page II · Who Really Owns the Homes: BlackRock, State Street, Blackstone
- As of June 2022, 32 institutional investors that each owned more than 1,000 homes held about 450,000 single-family homes in total, roughly 3% of US single-family rentals. GAO-24-106643 (May 2024)
- No investor owned 1,000 or more single-family rental homes as of late 2011. By 2015, institutional investors owned an estimated 170,000–300,000. GAO
- Investors bulk-bought foreclosed homes after the 2007–2009 crisis, then turned to mergers and build-to-rent projects. Their holdings are concentrated in Sunbelt cities. GAO
- GAO found these investors may have pushed up prices and rents, but the effects on homeownership and on tenants are unclear because the data are limited. GAO
- Invitation Homes, the largest single-family landlord, was created by Blackstone, a private-equity firm. BlackRock is a different company, and people often confuse the two. Invitation Homes, Our History
- The viral 2021 claim that “BlackRock is buying every house in America” was false. It grew out of a Wall Street Journal story about other investors. Reuters Fact Check, 2021
- BlackRock and State Street mainly manage index funds. They hold publicly traded shares, such as REIT stock, on behalf of savers and pension funds, and those clients are the owners. SEC Investor.gov, Index Funds
- Their concentrated voting power in public companies is a real and documented policy concern. That is a corporate-governance issue, not one of land ownership. Harvard Law School Forum, “The Specter of the Giant Three”
- State Street Global Advisors is headquartered in Boston. The phrase “North State Street” refers to a street, not a landholding entity. State Street, About Us
- The lesson: Push for housing policy using GAO figures. Real numbers persuade lawmakers. Myths get creators dismissed.

Page III · Creator’s Shield: Copyright, Credit and Contracts (US Law)
- Copyright exists from the moment a work is fixed in a tangible form, and registration is not needed for the copyright to exist. 17 U.S.C. §102
- You must register a US work before you can sue over it. 17 U.S.C. §411 and Fourth Estate v. Wall-Street.com (2019)
- Register before an infringement, or within three months of publication, to keep statutory damages and attorney’s fees available. 17 U.S.C. §412
- Statutory damages run from 750 to 30,000 dollars per work, and up to 150,000 dollars when the infringement is willful. 17 U.S.C. §504(c)
- A freelancer’s work counts as “work made for hire” only if it falls into one of nine listed categories and both parties signed a written agreement saying so. 17 U.S.C. §101 and Copyright Office Circular 30
- Whether someone counts as an employee depends on common-law agency factors such as control, tools and benefits, not on a job title. CCNV v. Reid, 490 U.S. 730 (1989)
- A transfer of copyright is valid only if it is in a writing signed by the owner. A handshake does not transfer ownership. 17 U.S.C. §204
- Authors can terminate a transfer they signed, during a window that opens 35 years after the grant. 17 U.S.C. §203
- Federal attribution rights cover only certain visual art. For most other work, credit has to be written into the contract. 17 U.S.C. §106A (VARA)
- Removing a creator’s name or credit metadata to hide infringement is itself illegal. 17 U.S.C. §1202
- Platforms must act on proper DMCA takedown notices. 17 U.S.C. §512
- The Copyright Claims Board is a low-cost small-claims forum for copyright disputes, with no lawyer required. ccb.gov
- Every deal should spell out: who owns the work, the license scope and term, the exact credit line (“Lillith Magic · Directed by Anthony Perlas”), the payment schedule, kill fees, and the right to show the work in your portfolio.

Page IV · The Manipulation Playbook (Psychology Literature)
- Gaslighting is manipulation that makes a person doubt their own perception and reality. It works best when the two people hold unequal power. Sweet, American Sociological Review (2019)
- DARVO stands for Deny, Attack, Reverse Victim and Offender: when confronted, the person who did the harm casts themselves as the victim. Freyd, University of Oregon
- In a study by Harsey & Freyd, people who learned about DARVO blamed the real victim less. Naming the tactic weakens it. Harsey & Freyd, J. Aggression, Maltreatment & Trauma (2020)
- Guilt-tripping: guilt is used to influence others in relationships, and people with less power use it most. Baumeister, Stillwell & Heatherton, Psychological Bulletin (1994)
- Narcissistic personality disorder is a clinical diagnosis marked by grandiosity, a need for admiration and a lack of empathy. Only a clinician can diagnose it, so describe behavior, not labels. Cleveland Clinic, NPD
- Recognize the pattern: being cut off from your allies, credit being rewritten after the fact, and blame flipping whenever you raise an issue.
- The response: keep written records, get agreements in writing, and bring in a neutral third party.
- The autoimmune analogy (an analogy, not a medical claim). In autoimmune disease, the immune system attacks the body’s own tissue. In “molecular mimicry,” a pathogen resembles the body’s own proteins, so the immune response hits both. NIH/NIAID, Autoimmune Diseases
- The same image fits manipulation. Manipulators borrow the language of loyalty, such as “your own people” or “your faith,” to turn a person’s defenses against themselves and their allies.
- The antidote in both cases is accurate recognition: telling self from non-self, and fact from framing.

Page V · Eric Dubay’s Claims and the Path of Integrity
- Eric Dubay is an American writer and YouTuber. His books include The Flat-Earth Conspiracy (2014) and 200 Proofs Earth Is Not a Globe. Wikipedia, Modern flat Earth beliefs
- His claim: that Earth is flat and that a globe model is a deliberate deception. Disputed: the evidence that Earth is a sphere is overwhelming, from Eratosthenes’ measurement to satellite imagery. NASA Earth Observatory
- His claim: that secret elites, sometimes linked to “Saturn worship” symbolism, control society. Disputed: no documentary evidence supports it, and such theories often recycle antisemitic tropes. ADL, Conspiracy theories explainer
- Rockefeller, documented: in 1911 the Supreme Court ordered Standard Oil broken up for illegal monopoly. That record is real and needs no myth. Standard Oil Co. of New Jersey v. United States, 221 U.S. 1 (1911)
- The rule for this house: cite court records, GAO reports and statutes, and put conspiracy content on record only as “claims,” never as fact.
- Action plan, step 1: register key works with the Copyright Office before publishing them or within three months. copyright.gov/registration
- Step 2: use a written agreement covering ownership, credit and payment for every collaborator, model, brand and venue.
- Step 3: embed credit metadata in every file and caption: “Lillith Magic · Directed by Anthony Perlas.”
- Step 4: keep a dated log of when you created, delivered and published each work.
- Step 5: when credit is taken, send a polite written notice, then a DMCA notice, then a Copyright Claims Board filing.
- Step 6: answer DARVO with documents, not debate.
- Step 7: stand for truth publicly with verified sources only, because credibility is a creator’s capital.
