People Who Don’t Pay Are a Liability

1 min read

Value flows both ways or it isn’t value. How to protect your hours.

The rule

Time spent with people who never pay is time taken from those who would.

Liability, defined

In accounting, a liability is something that costs you going forward. A client who never pays is exactly that.

The hidden math

Signs

The kind boundary

A deposit before work starts filters out most non-payers on its own.

Anthony’s rule
