Tao Group Hospitality: The Company Behind Marquee, OMNIA, TAO and Hakkasan

Two promoters built one of the largest nightlife companies in America. Noah Tepperberg and Jason Strauss began with Strategic Group in New York, then founded Tao Group with Marc Packer and Rich Wolf. In April 2021 Tao acquired Hakkasan Group, adding OMNIA and Hakkasan in Las Vegas. In 2025 its owner, Mohari Hospitality, split the Hakkasan restaurant brand back out as its own group.

Where the rooms are

• Las Vegas: TAO, Marquee, OMNIA, Hakkasan, JEWEL, LAVO.
• New York: Marquee New York, TAO Downtown, Beauty & Essex.
• Los Angeles: LAVO on the Sunset Strip.

The promoter model

Tao grew from guest lists. Promoters fill the room early; hosts sell tables; the brand ties it together across cities, so a regular in New York is known in Las Vegas.

What tables cost

In Las Vegas, indexes list Marquee and Hakkasan from about five hundred, TAO from four hundred fifty, and OMNIA from one thousand to fifteen hundred, rising to twelve thousand five hundred for prime. In New York, TAO Downtown runs about two to thirty-five hundred.
